Exploring the intersection of fashion, architecture, music, technoloy, and performance, Spatial Mediations was a provoactive event and exhibition for New York's Fashion Week.
A sharp departure from the traditional runway show, the installation and performance was inspired by the tense balance between private expression and public exposure.
Working with Asymptote Architecture, fashion designer Claudia Hill, musician Skulli Sverrison, and dancers from the Merce Cunningham studio, Spatial Mediations was an incredilby evocative happening, that challenged its audience to experience design in a new way, and brought them to their feet in a standing ovation. |
